ONLY HOT WATER AVAILABLE IN ALL TAPS IN BATHROOM DUE TO SHORTCIRCUIT.TOOK 3 HOURS TO RESOLVE THIS. AC NOT WORKING AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM HOTEL AUTHORITY WHEN WE POINTED OUT. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Hotel is not tidy. There is full of foul smell at the entrance. Acha wasn't working in one of the room. Totally it was terrible

Location is easily available on map & at walking distance to palolem beach but hotel staff is not there for any room service, no food available, no parking available, no proper room lock & no proper cupboard lock is available, only towel was available, no toiletries available

I recently stayed at hotel roundcube, and overall, it was an okay experience. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and had basic amenities, but it felt a bit outdated. While the staff was friendly, the service could have been more attentive. There were some delays in room service, and the tv connection was inconsistent.

It was a very shabby place with ultra dingy entrance. The pictures on the showed that it is on the beach but was in a cramped up building. I would not recommend booking this at all. Don’t have pictures. Done

We were given a different room other than which we booked . Staff was not cooperative. Rooms are very conjusted. No fan. Sub standard AC. Current keeps going frequently throughout the night. As even there was no ceiling fan, it made the experience even horrible. The prices of the rooms is not justified. It should have been 800 Rs room instead. Basin tap was loose. Commod cover was loose and was just a inch away from falling out. There is no step or tiles protection below the toilet door. So water also spreads a bit into the room. Very narrow corridor in the entrance of the hotel. Two people carrying trolley cannot cross at one time. No space in reception for trolley storage also. Just a small chair and a small table. Please lower the prices to justify the service provided.
我们订了两间房。我要求是连通房，但没能安排。我被安排在一楼，房间有窗户。窗户打不开，所以房间很快就变得潮湿。淋浴间里挂着一块脏兮兮的浴帘，里面塞满了卫生纸。墙上沾满了黑色的东西。风扇叶片上好像挂着什么活物，我们不敢打开风扇。墙上还涂满了污渍。
水不是每天都供应。只有一个房间配备了热水壶。我选择这家酒店是因为有电视，但两个房间的电视都坏了。我的房间没有热水。
第二个房间有个阳台。从阳台上可以看到一堆垃圾，每天早上都在烧。我父母经常被烟熏醒。前台一直装作听不懂我说话，即使我用了印地语翻译器也没用。水管状况糟糕透了，他们根本不打扫，最多也就是扔几片清洁片进去。
我们是路过的背包客，见惯了各种住宿，但没想到这家酒店的档次和价格竟然如此不符。
强烈不推荐这家酒店——它不仅有霉味，简直就是一场灾难。
我们不得不提前离开，酒店既没有理解也没有退款。
没错，我们身在印度，但这绝对不能接受，也绝不会接受这个价位的酒店应该有这样的服务。
同样的价格，你可以在海滩边找到更好的住宿，房间也远胜于这家。
