The staff were very pleasant. The room was very clean. I recommended my in-laws stay during their upcoming winery trip.

Second time staying here in the last couple of months and both stays were great. With my daughter now a student at CP SLO I look forward to many more pleasant stays in the future.

2025年4月新开的酒店，房间特别新特别干净，可以开窗，有中央空调，可以自己做饭。旁边有一个农场超市可以买当地酒庄的酒。唯一缺点是卫生间的排风扇特别响，只能把厕所的门关上睡觉。
订了一个独立卧室的套房，结果晚上8:00左右到酒店，等了至少20分钟，被告知预定的房间没有了，降级给了一间普通一室套房，沙发床还不配被褥，还得去索取，造成我们姐弟住宿很不方便。更可气的是第二天退房后，给了我一个确认email，还不是实际居住的房间号。投诉携程客服，只退了二个房间本来的差价。体验非常差。
酒店房间很新，所需物品一应俱全。
房间本身非常漂亮干净，床也很舒服。但是，我入住的周末正好赶上青少年棒球锦标赛，到处都是十几岁的孩子和小朋友跑来跑去！他们占满了整个大堂、餐厅和酒吧区域，晚上十点以后孩子们还在走廊里跑来跑去。根本没法睡觉。我是出差来的，第二天早上四点半就要去机场。
早餐排队的人很多。我们到的时候，华夫饼已经卖光了，食物也很少。组织得太差了。我们根本没机会吃早餐。房间里有一股难闻的气味。非常不满意。我们花了那么多钱住在这里。
本来想给更高的评价，但是楼上的客人太吵了。我从来没住过楼上房间噪音这么大的酒店，我们房间里每走一步、每搬动一件家具的声音都像是被放大了1000倍。真的非常吵。
