Second time staying here in the last couple of months and both stays were great. With my daughter now a student at CP SLO I look forward to many more pleasant stays in the future.

I like walking to Laguna Park. It was a quit hotel. Limited parking at night. Dishes were dirty upon arrival and limited housekeeping.

The line for the breakfast was very long. When we got there there was no waffles left and very little food. It’s very bad organize. We didn’t have chance to get to eat breakfast. The smell of the room had bad ordor. Very unhappy. We paid lots of money to stay here.

酒店房间很新，所需物品一应俱全。
订了一个独立卧室的套房，结果晚上8:00左右到酒店，等了至少20分钟，被告知预定的房间没有了，降级给了一间普通一室套房，沙发床还不配被褥，还得去索取，造成我们姐弟住宿很不方便。更可气的是第二天退房后，给了我一个确认email，还不是实际居住的房间号。投诉携程客服，只退了二个房间本来的差价。体验非常差。
这家酒店干净整洁，设施也比较新，但存在一些运营方面的问题需要解决。办理入住手续耗时过长，工作人员似乎人手不足，无法高效应对高峰时段。早餐非常混乱，客人太多，华夫饼摊位前排起了长队。有限的餐饮空间令人沮丧，食物和咖啡经常短缺，而且没有工作人员及时补充。
此外，工作人员对酒店的设施缺乏了解，这是不可接受的。一位工作人员承诺提供折叠床，但办理入住时却发现并没有。门上的防盗锁无法使用，钥匙系统也出了故障。停车场设计不合理，没有平坦的区域方便搬运行李，因此很难将行李从车上搬到酒店入口。总而言之，这些问题需要立即解决，以提升客人的入住体验。
本来想给更高的评价，但是楼上的客人太吵了。我从来没住过楼上房间噪音这么大的酒店，我们房间里每走一步、每搬动一件家具的声音都像是被放大了1000倍。真的非常吵。
