AVOID AT ALL COSTS Despite having a confirmed *********** reservation for 2 rooms, we were flatly refused accommodation on arrival. The hotel claimed they are “not associated with ***********” due to some dispute — something they forgot to mention before taking bookings. Result? ➡️ Family with a 6-year-old stranded late at night ➡️ No rooms available anywhere in Una or Diu ➡️ Zero assistance, zero empathy The manager on duty, Shukla Abhijeet, took no responsibility whatsoever and offered no solution. Not even basic courtesy. Internal disputes are not a guest’s problem. If you can’t honor bookings, don’t list your hotel online. What happened here is unacceptable and irresponsible. This place is unreliable, unsafe for families, and should be avoided at all costs. Do NOT trust online bookings for this property.
