We had been given some ********** virtual gift cards and had wanted to have one of them cover our stay, however even after several hours of trying to get this done, we and others trying to help us were unable to make it happen. Thus our bad experience with ********** tainted our total experience with your hotel.

Our experience at the Cobblestone Hotel and Suites in Ephraim was fantastic! Everything was so clean and new. The staff was very friendly, and so welcoming. They were kind and knowledgeable and helpful with any issues we had. It was located right close to where we needed to be, and the rooms were big and very relaxing. They were also a great deal especially when compared to other local motels/hotels in the area. We will definitely stay here again.

4 cars in the parking lot but didn’t have the room I booked. Offered to upgrade me for $10 or be downgraded to a double queen room. I just said to give me the double queen room. Whatever, it’s a room. Just makes me wonder why a hotel, obviously not very busy, would rather downgrade a customer when THEY don’t have the room the customer booked only minutes earlier, than make a customer happy and just upgrade. They must really need that $10. I’ve been upgraded many times for no other reason but to make a customer happy. But like I said, it’s a room.

整体服务还不错。唯一需要改进的是夜班和早班之间需要加强沟通。我们周六（20日）凌晨12点到1点之间到达酒店，却被要求在当天上午11点（正常退房时间）离开。
酒店员工非常热情友好，是我住过的所有酒店中最棒的。房间维护得也很好。虽然我对浴室的布局不太满意，但基本够用。
非常干净。床很舒服，是我们整个旅途中睡得最好的一次。工作人员非常友好热情，乐于助人。早餐也不错。
