⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience thanks to Hunter at the front desk. I completely messed up my booking (100% my fault), and instead of making it stressful or awkward, he was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to walk me through everything and get it sorted with zero judgment. His professionalism and positive attitude turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a really great experience. You can tell he truly cares about guests and takes pride in helping people. Front desk staff like him make all the difference — Hunter is the best!!

I was there on business and stay in Townplace suites all over the place. Townplace suites is one of my go-to hotels. This one is very nice and new. The room was very nice as it was new. The Hotel is modern. Bozeman , MT has become ridiculous for hotel prices. I stay on the government rate when I can get it and Bozeman is expensive, specially by Montana standards. I have stayed in Dallas and Atlanta, both in Residence inns at lower rates! This hotel offered better than government rates, probably because they were new. The poor score for them comes from the breakfast and they charged for parking as if they were a downtown hotel. Fist of all, There are NO hotels that charge for parking in Montana! This hotel is literally in a field, a long way from anything worth parking for. I was surprised when I went to expense this room and looked at my receipt and there was a $15 parking fee per day! What a non- Montana thing to do. The breakfast was cereal and watery scrambled eggs. Not at all impressed. We Montanans call Bozeman BozeAngelas for this reason. This is Montana and parking is a given. I hope they do well, but Bozeman is only growing more hotels like crazy. They better get better to stay competitive.

Stain on sheet! Got ready for bed, pulled back the cover to see a stain on the sheet. Called front desk and explained the issue and their response was “that’s gross!” Well yes, hence the call. Front desk brought up clean sheets for us to make the bed since housekeeping is not on staff at night. Requested a new room rather than make our own bed. New room had clean sheets but food particles in sink disposal. Requested manager to contact me. No call. No email. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, extremely disappointing.

Nice hotel, but the experience was ruined when they told me I had to pay $15 for parking. For context, the property is way on the outskirts of the city, near an interstate exit, and only accessible by a vehicle. Immediately behind the property are acres of farmland. Of all the similar hotels I have stayed at, NONE has ever charged for parking. Clearly it's Marriott's way of taking advantage of its customers. It was not shown when I made my reservation, so it was a surprise, and unavoidable by that time. I won't go back to that location, and it has me thinking hard about staying with Marriott in general. It's sneaky and insulting.

Quiet and super clean hotel, comfy bed, friendly staff, convenient to highway, lots of pet friendly space. Was there for one week and really enjoyed my stay.

The place was so clean and there were so many great details that were thought through from the rooms to the breakfast. We were especially grateful to Carol the GM who helped us with our gift cards.

An extremely clean, comfortable, well thought out room. The space is well designed for today's travel. Tons of outlets to plug in a variety of devices, comfortable bedding and lot of room to store items and an amazing walk in shower with great water pressure and a ton of room. And they offer a free breakfast in the morning and a wonderfully friendly staff. Ask for the reward member rate if you are a member and if you aren't, join - it'll save you money. All the staff was extremely friendly and greeted us. We booked this at the last minute after a plane delay caused us to arrive in Bozeman at 1:30 a.m. The rest of our party had arrived earlier and travelled on to an air bnb in Yellowstone National Park. A member of our party had no problem swinging back into town to pick us up the next morning. This is THE place to stay when staying in Bozeman.
