Do not book this Motel under any circumstances. It's a disgusting filthy dump, so if you have already booked it, cancel it now before it's too late, because once you have checked in you will not get a refund. There are a lot better places to stay in Phoenix for the same money which are much cleaner and with better amenities.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I booked a 2 queen bed room and was given a room with one double bed, and was told it was the last room available. That was just the beginning. The room was nothing like the photos in the listing & was in unacceptable condition. Several light switches were missing their wall plates, light bulbs were missing, and the overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The comforter and sheets had visible burn holes, and the mattress was stained. There were partially burned wooden dowel rods with a sticky-looking substance on them left in the room, along with a pair of scissors sitting in the window frame. It felt unsafe and unsanitary. I left immediately. I stayed only long enough to take photos and videos for documentation so I could request a refund. After a long time on hold with Hopper, the refund was eventually processed. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was a completely unacceptable room condition, and I would strongly caution others before booking here. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

We booked a 5‑night stay through ******* for a room with 2 Queen beds and a kitchen. When we arrived, the hotel informed us that the room type we paid for was not available. They had no rooms with two beds available for two adults and offered no solution. We were left without accommodations and had to book another hotel at our own expense. We did not stay at this property at all. Despite not providing the contracted room, the property refused to authorize a refund. ******* eventually refunded us after escalating the case, but the hotel itself did not take responsibility for failing to deliver the room we paid for. After reading other 1‑star reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. Several guests report the same issues: room types not honored, no alternatives offered, and refunds denied. This appears to be a recurring pattern at this location. Travelers should be aware of this before booking.
