I spent quite a few nights at this location in August. The inside and outside of the building were very well maintained. The hotel rooms, bed linens, and towels were well maintained. Hotel breakfast was great and the front desk staff very helpful.

Great hotel the newest in downtown. All other hotels I have stayed at had noise issues but this one does not. The breakfast is real nice.

This is a truly awful hotel. Staff is nonexistent. Walls are thin and road sounds are unbearable. You won’t sleep a wink. Poorly built hotel. Looks nice because it’s new. But it’s very cheaply done. GM is the worst - asked the front desk to have him rectify an issue and he never dealt with it.

Hotel is new and looks good in photos, however furniture and flooring are cheap and tacky. On the plus side, the towels are fluffy and room was clean. Terrible noise day and night from drag racing sounds. A Add in a rooftop venue nearby with a live band that quit at 11:30 pm. If you want a peaceful environment to sleep then DO NOT stay here. We will certainly not return.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great service and staff as well. Frankly, you just can’t sleep. There are cars, motorcycles and other vehicles racing all night long till early in the morning. It’s insanely loud and I was on the 9th floor. It’s really a shame but I just can’t recommend or stay here again.

Worst service ever. Clueless front desk, bad service, amenities including coffee pot in the room are cheap and nothing works. Stay at the Ambassador across the street.
