我在这家新酒店度过了一段美好的时光。工作人员热情友好、专业周到，并且会在您入住期间随时为您服务。整个酒店一尘不染，维护得非常好。酒店环境安静，让我白天可以工作，晚上也能睡个好觉。我的房间现代清新，非常干净，床也很舒服。酒店位置靠近许多快餐店、沃尔玛、Ross和dd’s Discounts。它位于达拉斯许多地方的中心位置。如果我再来这里，我一定会再来的！我唯一的建议是把房间里“中午退房”的标识改掉。我发现退房时间是上午11点。

Outstanding front desk staff made for an enjoyable stay. Jewel was on the front desk when we checked in and all three nights, small requests were taken care of immediately and she checked with me while there just to make sure everything was ok. Hotel was clean, but I am not a fan of every other day cleaning, so remember to hang your towels up or you will not have one for night 2. Breakfast was excellent, the only thing we needed was 6AM on Saturday & Sunday as we needed to be at the State fair in the mornings so breakfast was grab and go.

This establishment does not answer their phones. On various occasions it took multiple times calling before getting a hold of the front desk. I decided not to stay with this hotel because of the lack of customer service I was already not receiving before even staying there. After finally getting a hold of Jo at the front desk I cancelled my stay but to find out she never cancelled it.
