超预期的酒店，房间安静舒适，早餐很赞，服务一流，卡布奇诺上的咖啡粉特别又用心，地理位置绝佳，出门就是景点，离火车站很近！

房间 进去先是有异味 礼宾送行李的也闻到了 然后说换房间给带去看了两个房间不是更小就是格局巨诡异.忍着没换继续住，结果空调跟没办法调节一样巨冷.也忍了.然后洗澡下水道压根不下水，直接快把整个房间都淹了.叫了半天前台换房间等了快半个小时才处理完，然后换完的房间，有玻璃渣，脚都划破了！离谱至极
入住当天上午我提前抵达，虽然未到规定的办理时间，但前台员工主动协助我提前入住，对此我十分感谢。然而，我被安排入住的房间存在明显问题：不仅紧邻杂物间（不知为何在意大利我总被分到此类房间），而且室内下水道气味浓重。本想着工作人员让我提前入住已是照顾，便打算忍耐。可淋浴之后，异味愈发严重，实在无法忍受连续住三晚。
外出返回后，我向前台提出换房请求，接待的是一位不同的女员工。她显得很不情愿，神情中流露出嫌麻烦的态度，表现不够专业。虽然最终为我更换了房间，但新房间的卫生间比之前小了近一半，我不确定是否为同等房型。
直到次日，另一位前台女孩主动为此前的房间问题向我致歉，也承认了异味的存在。整体而言，这次入住经历可谓优劣交织，服务水平参差不齐。
位置特别好，走去火车站很近，离百花大教堂等也很近，房间舒服，就是水龙头的水有点小，总体来说还是推荐的
意大利最好的酒店没有之一，服务，卫生，房间，位置都无可挑剔
