The pillow is with blood stain and the AC does not work, No TV in the room as well they have some bad smell, I noticed was a lot of tourists without the wrist bang, getting in and out of from the same room doing *****. One of the people went to ask me if I speak Spanish to get paper to roll a cigar of *********. I used to recommend but the associates were rude went you go and said the room is not working property they answer was if you want will give you the money back, Desa fortunate we were a group of family, and we don't want to be a separate hotel. My recommendation if they continue like this, they will be losing guest. I Work in a Hotel which is five diamonds. Our customers are always first.

This was a terrible place to stay. The night club music from next door was incredibly loud; they might as well had a speaker beside the bed at full volume from 8pm until 1230pm. In addition, one of the sliding patio doors did not have a lock on it and the hotel wouldn't fix it; they recommended I move the wardrobe in front the sliding door to block it. This patio was highly accessible from the outside.
