We have stayed in this hotel chain several times, and this was the best experience! Everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful. I especially loved the ladies that worked the breakfast area.

我们到达后入住了我们的房间。我拉开毯子,发现床单很脏。这个房间也从来没有用吸尘器打扫过。他们把我们换到了另一个应该很干净的房间。这个房间的床单上有奇多。客房服务人员打扫了房间,但显然没有换床单。然后我要求有人来换床单,他们说没有工作人员来换床单,但他们可以第三次给我换床单,然后对我说“也许这家酒店不适合你。我们可以退款给你,你可以找别的酒店。”不好意思?我只想要干净的床单!!最后我们得到了一个有干净床单的房间。整个过程中,我们都拖着行李和 3 个孩子在酒店里走来走去。游泳池很小,照片上看起来大得多。不幸的是,我不会再住在这里了。
我同时预订了 2 间客房。第二天我打电话确认 2 间客房是否相邻。然而,在办理入住手续时,发现客房不仅不相邻,而且位于不同的楼层!柜台的女士非常好,正在努力解决这个问题,但是这花了一些时间,所以我们无法立即入住我们的房间。她把我们的房间安排在同一楼层,但位于走廊的两端。我和姐姐以及她的两个小孩一起旅行,所以不得不在走廊上来回走动非常不方便。尤其是考虑到我打电话确认我们是否相邻,我确信我们会住在一起。
他们试图向我们收取两次住宿费用。酒店没有 ******* 的确认号码,但信用卡已被扣款两次。一次来自 *******,另一次是他们自己扣款。我们需要解决这个问题!
