We have stayed in this hotel chain several times, and this was the best experience! Everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful. I especially loved the ladies that worked the breakfast area.

我们到达后入住了我们的房间。我拉开毯子，发现床单很脏。这个房间也从来没有用吸尘器打扫过。他们把我们换到了另一个应该很干净的房间。这个房间的床单上有奇多。客房服务人员打扫了房间，但显然没有换床单。然后我要求有人来换床单，他们说没有工作人员来换床单，但他们可以第三次给我换床单，然后对我说“也许这家酒店不适合你。我们可以退款给你，你可以找别的酒店。”不好意思？我只想要干净的床单！！最后我们得到了一个有干净床单的房间。整个过程中，我们都拖着行李和 3 个孩子在酒店里走来走去。游泳池很小，照片上看起来大得多。不幸的是，我不会再住在这里了。
我同时预订了 2 间客房。第二天我打电话确认 2 间客房是否相邻。然而，在办理入住手续时，发现客房不仅不相邻，而且位于不同的楼层！柜台的女士非常好，正在努力解决这个问题，但是这花了一些时间，所以我们无法立即入住我们的房间。她把我们的房间安排在同一楼层，但位于走廊的两端。我和姐姐以及她的两个小孩一起旅行，所以不得不在走廊上来回走动非常不方便。尤其是考虑到我打电话确认我们是否相邻，我确信我们会住在一起。
他们试图向我们收取两次住宿费用。酒店没有 ******* 的确认号码，但信用卡已被扣款两次。一次来自 *******，另一次是他们自己扣款。我们需要解决这个问题！
