Staff were very friendly. I was ill during that time and they arranged luke warm water for me and even helped us in traveling agra even though it was not included in their services.

No key of the room. Room very dirty. No proper lighting. Staff gave bad room and said to replace with other room next morning

Hotel building is too worst and that is not like as shown in pictures. Poor cleanliness. No cleaning of room on entire day and before our entry too. Worst bathroom and varantas. Simply don't waste by staying here. I gave two star because only one good thing is the staff's behaviour. They are good in character.

Room not maintain properly. Uncleaned room had been provided. Staff are cooperative. Service is good.

Worst rooms tap not working flush not working no ventilation in rooms so i started the ac one person came and told switch off the ac. Then i told him that no ventilation is there even exaust fan was not working pathetic rooms no lift you have to take your luggage on your own by stairs no water to drink etc

Service is good but the property is too old. It is not clean it is needed for renovation. Need to provide basic facilities like towels, clean bed sheets, soap, tissue, clean toilet and, door locks, it's all needed to renovate. Change the food menu also. The food is good but the all menu is not available
