1st i walk into them not wanting to refund a lady her money. Thats flag #1. Flag #2 I was fine being there until came across the manager. She assumed that my room was a mess while im switching my sheets since house cleaning didnt want to service me. she told me to checkout and that if i wanted to checkin i could later. Defeats the purpose of staying if you want me to leave and comeback later. Dont nobody want to pack up and leave just comeback

My room was okay, the beds were clean besides the head board that had handprints on it... wonder what the last tenants were doing. (Gross) The kitchen was the nicest parts. The bathroom needed updating, there was was looked like mold on the ceiling above the shower and a few dents in the tub. Some more towels would've been nice since it was a 4 guest bedroom.

Staff is rude and when trying to renew the guy at desk was trying to back charge my family for having a service animal but a daily charge of $25 for each day when I tried to explain he could not bc it's a service animal they told me to leave. I will never go back
