I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Troy, Ohio, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Edelyn at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she made my check-in smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive to my needs, and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect—answering questions about local spots, and even remembering my name on subsequent visits to the desk. Her positive energy and professionalism truly set the tone for a relaxing stay in this beautiful, modern hotel. The property is spotless and comfortable, but Edelyn's warm hospitality is what made it memorable. Highly recommend this hotel and especially Edelyn. I'll definitely be back. Also I want to mention Linda, working the breakfast area. She was absolutely wonderful—always smiling, keeping everything impeccably stocked and clean, and making sure every guest felt taken care of. Whether it was refilling the fresh coffee or chatting briefly, Linda's dedication and kindness stood out. Linda's personal touch made breakfast very appealing. Amazing staff all around!

We were traveling home from Thanksgiving and stopped early due to the weather. This is a great hotel - very clean, extra towels in the bath, friendly staff. One of the best Springhill Suites.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a double queen suite and had plenty of room. It was very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff who greeted us upon arrival was professional and friendly. The only couple of issues we had was even though the water pressure was great the shower door did not prevent the water from getting on the floor. The breakfast options were enough but it was not stocked at times to get any. Coffee was good. The hotel is by restaurants and Shopping. The pool was small but enough for the kids to have fun. I have stayed at a few Hotels in the area and this probably the best one we have stayed in for space and comfort. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Looked brand new was conveniently located off the expressway. Room was very nice. And bed was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend staying at this property. Front desk clerk was helpful with directions and the free charging station for the Tesla was a plus as well.

Hotel seems new and front desk staff was great. Our bathroom door was off the roller (it slides open) when we entered room after check in and they immediately switched rooms for us. Location is walkable to Texas Roadhouse and several other restaurants and a Walmart. Starbucks and chicfila near by too. Our room had two queens plus a trundle bed under couch so slept five if you needed it

We stayed the night here for a thirteenth birthday party. The hotel is brand new and very nice. Everything was clean. We had to double queen rooms. The rooms were large and were furnished with West Elm furnished. In addition to the queen beds, each of our rooms had a trundle bed that pulled out from the couch in the separate sitting area. Each room also had a large closet and microwave and fridge. The pool was small but very nice. While I didn't go into the gym, it was well stocked with several treadmills, ellipticals, a couple of different machines, bikes, a full dumbbell set, and other items. Breakfast was the best I have had at similar hotels. Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
