Breakfast utensils could have a separate place to be set next to food so that warmers could be completely closed and food could stay fresh. Also, extended breakfast time till 10am would be nice.

Airport shuttle was amazing. The staff was so attentive and even allowed us to Check in early. Our room’s air conditioner was broken when we first checked in. I called the front desk and it was fixed within minutes!

我们到达酒店后，我和丈夫以及其他6个人不得不等了一个小时才办理入住，因为酒店工作人员下班了，没有等到其他值班人员打卡。等了一个小时后，钥匙卡系统坏了。我们不得不等了15分钟，工作人员才修好钥匙卡。当我们回到房间时，钥匙仍然无法使用。所以我们不得不回到大堂再次修理。我们终于修好了，但我们的房间就在客房服务门旁边，我们根本睡不着，因为客房服务人员一直在来回走动。我们还听到了马桶冲水的声音。我们大约30分钟后才冲完。我们和经理谈过，他们说他们不能退款，因为这是通过第三方支付的。我会打电话给公司。
