We had a fantastic experience at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Hobby Airport Area by IHG in
Houston, Texas, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
A special thank you to Stephanie and Lele—they truly made our stay memorable. Stephanie was professional, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. And LeLe was wonderful—her warmth and attention to detail stood out every day.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. LeLe made sure everything was perfect each morning, and her friendly presence made breakfast feel like a treat rather than just a meal.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and inviting. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Hobby Airport Area by IHG
Houston, Texas in Houston to anyone looking for a place where genuine hospitality shines through. We will definitely be back!

I love my stay there, I love the size of the room very big and the front deck are very active to responds to customers and very nicely. My next time in Texas I will always choose you guys

Found trash in the parking lot twice (2) current days. Brought it to the staffs attention and it was ignored after they Stated they would clean it up.

Room size was roomy, front desk clerk was helpful and housekeeping was made sure we had plenty of towels!

Breakfast utensils could have a separate place to be set next to food so that warmers could be completely closed and food could stay fresh. Also, extended breakfast time till 10am would be nice.

我们到达酒店后，我和丈夫以及其他6个人不得不等了一个小时才办理入住，因为酒店工作人员下班了，没有等到其他值班人员打卡。等了一个小时后，钥匙卡系统坏了。我们不得不等了15分钟，工作人员才修好钥匙卡。当我们回到房间时，钥匙仍然无法使用。所以我们不得不回到大堂再次修理。我们终于修好了，但我们的房间就在客房服务门旁边，我们根本睡不着，因为客房服务人员一直在来回走动。我们还听到了马桶冲水的声音。我们大约30分钟后才冲完。我们和经理谈过，他们说他们不能退款，因为这是通过第三方支付的。我会打电话给公司。
