Brand new very nice. But floors are thin and we heard people doing aerobics all night long. Had issues with tv. It quit working in morning when we got up. Breakfast not until 6:30. They need to get better chairs no comfortable seating. Check in staff friendly.

Everything about our one-night stay at this brand new property made for an excellent guest experience. The hotel opened at the end of May 2025 and the rooms and common areas are spacious and it is clear they were designed with functionality and comfort in mind. The overall property and rooms are clean, the front desk and breakfast staff members were friendly and welcoming, and the best touch is the 24/7 single-serve coffee station in the main lobby. Stay here, and your expectations will be exceeded!

Stayed during Labor Day holiday for visit to NY Manhattan. It was only 35-40 mins drive to the Central Park when without heavy traffics. Very roomy and quiet hotel. Everything was new. Front desk are very accommodating and friendly. Only complaint would be small dining area for breakfast, even with outdoor patio. Will revisit.

It was worthwhile staying at this property. Location is great with Target store and Wall Mart close by. A small shopping area with eating places just across the road. Check in was easy. And so was check out. Harvey at the reception desk was very helpful. Kudos to him . Room was large, well lit and comfortable with a fridge and microwave oven. However no coffee maker in the room- one has to go down to the lobby to make coffee from the coffee machine that is open 24 hrs. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was nothing to complain about. Staff is very polite and helpful. Nothing to complain about, except it would be better if there was a hand shower also in the bath room.

I'm an IHG member, this is the best Holiday Inn Express hotel I've stayed in. New hotel, great service, big spacious clean room and fab breakfast. Recommend.
