Arrived Charlotte at 1pm for 2pm funeral. Needed room to change clothes. Hotel had no clean rooms. I changed in their parking lot. Understand check-in is at 4, but what does that do for customers???!!! Sign at Breakfast line said 6:30 - 9:30, but not on Saturday when I was there. It's 7-10. Not a big deal, but I had to wait 30 minutes. While waiting for breakfast (30 minutes) the sign on the front exit door said "this door broke, use other door." It was a 2 door exit, so the other door was inches away, but 20-22 people pushed the broken door to a screeching sound. I told the lady at the front desk that they couldnt read 24 font as they walk up, but she didnt change it. I like H2 Suite, but this was not a good visit.

Staff was very friendly. Building was extremely clean and smelled fresh! Room was comfortable and pool was very clean. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to friends!

The room was spotless. It was large with anything you would need in the kitchenette. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was very friendly and very helpful. This would be my first choice in hotels .

Safe, clean and well kept property. Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds comfy. Good location for restaurants, shopping and interstate.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were no towels at all for the pool which was a bit disappointing. Also think the configuration of the bathrooms was off and small; the door swings within 12" of the toilet. This makes maneuvering in it challenging.

All aspects of the hotel that I venture into were clean and well kept. The pool area was a good warm temperature, despite the chilly weather outside. The rooms were nice and clean as well.

I’ve never really cared about staying at a particular hotel but my family and I will be looking to stay the same hotel from now on. I honestly wish we were staying for more than a night!
