The staff was outstanding, best customer service we've had in a long time. The breakfast was probably the best of any hotel we've ever stayed at; delicious. Highly recommend staying here. The only caveat was our room had a hint of cat pee smell, nothing overbearing but we could definitely smell it. Only took 1 star off as this is a pet friendly hotel. The next time we stay at Home 2, I will check to see if there are any pet free rooms. Again, the staff was truly amazing and the AC was cold.

This has been the most awful hotel stay I’ve had maybe ever and I grew up in a trailer park so that’s saying something. I’m not even that picky. Every entrance has an ash tray for smokers within six inches of the door. So upon arrival we immediately reeked of smoke and my daughter had an asthma attack. After going to dinner and returning we parked on the other side of the hotel thinking there might be a smoke free entrance. No. Same thing. It’s 2025. It’s time to stop catering to smokers but especially at the expense of your other guests. Then the hallways are a SAUNA. I’m sorry but for nearly $200 I expect for hallways to not feel like a disgusting sauna. Made worse by the fact that one of the smokers stayed directly across from us and stunk up the hallway the entire stay. I was growled at by a pit bull in a common area. How on earth do you not have breed restrictions?! Then don’t even get me started on the breakfast. Empty. Broken. Missing. THIS WAS AN AWFUL STAY.

I really hate to leave a negative review because the staff was very professional and tried their best to help. However, our stay was extremely uncomfortable. Around 2 a.m., a cockroach crawled across our bed, which was terrifying and made it impossible to relax. We left to get a snack from the nearby QuikTrip to calm our nerves, but when we returned, we couldn’t access our room.
Despite the staff's efforts, they had to call a technician in on his day off, and the issue wasn't resolved until around 10 a.m. Unfortunately, the combination of the pest issue and the long night of being locked out made for a very unpleasant experience. I appreciate the staff's professionalism, but this stay fell far below expectations.

We enjoyed the hotel with our pet. The room was nice, but not feel the cleanliness of the room lacked. Would I stay here again. Yes, the location to walkable restaurants was great.

It was nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Abigail texted us to make sure everything was going well 🙂 😊

I really like this location. It is convenient, right off the highway but not so close that the traffic is loud. I do wish the pet fee was lower especially for a one night stay. The staff is helpful & friendly. We will be back again.
