给了我们对着不太热闹的一边的侧尼罗河景房,但是早上10:30就提前给我们check-in了,还是不错的👍 酒店位置,豪华程度,服务人员态度和热情程度都很不错,主要问题是房间的设施老旧,床单有点湿湿的感觉,睡着不太舒服
免费升级到了套房,真是太棒了!房间干净整洁,还有微波炉、电磁炉等厨具,可以自己做饭。所有员工都非常友善,服务一流!从房间露台看出去的尼罗河景色也美极了!
晚上有些吵,不知道是哪里音乐的声音。房间洗漱用品没有及时更新,服务赶不上五星级。住的楼层低的话会听到狗叫声和人说话的声音。
住宿体验不错,地方也挺美。
但是,很不幸,我在房间里丢了500里亚尔。我是在退房离开后才发现钱包里少了钱。
我联系了酒店,他们说没找到任何东西。
所以,大家去住的时候一定要看好自己的现金,最后也没人帮上忙。
这家酒店坐落在尼罗河畔的黄金地段,非常棒。我们的房间能看到尼罗河和泳池区的迷人景色。房间很现代化,设施一应俱全,甚至还有一些Byredo品牌的奢华洗漱用品,这算是一个不错的加分项。虽然这是一家新装修的酒店,但不足之处是我们的无烟房里有一种奇怪的气味,而且入住时,整个地毯都是湿的。早餐自助餐还不错,不过有些食物到早上8点就有点不新鲜了(特别是薄饼),如果能新鲜一点就更好了。房间里没有送餐服务,所以我们去了餐厅,但不太推荐。我们尝试了融合亚洲菜的Kamala餐厅,尽管我们是唯一的客人,但菜等了一个多小时才上来,味道也不是最好的。Solano餐厅还行,比Kamala新鲜多了。我会推荐这家酒店,主要是因为它的地理位置,不过前台可能会非常忙,工作人员应该更专注于服务眼前的客人,而不是那些不耐烦插队的客人。
住宿体验很棒,位置优越,环境干净整洁,还能欣赏到尼罗河的美景。特别感谢前台员工巴塞尔(Basel)的优质服务。
很遗憾,这次的体验非常糟糕。床单没有清洗或更换。清洁是酒店服务中最重要的部分,如果连这点都做不好,那其他服务自然也不会好。
