We picked this hotel solely for the pool, as we have 2 small children and were meeting family there. We stayed for 2 nights. The 1st morning when we woke up, there was a sign that the pool was closed. When we asked the front desk about it, we were told that they needed someone to check it, but we're planning on opening it that afternoon. Since we were under the assumption it would open in the afternoon, we took the kids shopping and to skyzone to waste time. When we got back to the hotel later that afternoon they then told us the pool wouldn't open until the next morning. At that point it was too late for us to leave and we were stuck there for another night (how convenient for them). When we woke up the next morning the pool was still closed. It didn't open until 11am, and check out was at noon! We were frustrated and disappointed for getting the run around the entire weekend. I then asked the front desk if we could be compensated in some way for what had happened. She told me the manager, Logan, is the only one who could approve that and gave me his number and email. I tried to contact him since Tuesday and finally got a reply on Friday that there was "nothing" he could do about it. If we would have been told the truth, we would have found a different hotel with a pool our family could have enjoyed! What a waste of our time and money!! We will be looking elsewhere for our next Fargo stay!

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I appreciated how quiet the hotel was. My biggest issue was with the heater in the room. It was very cold outside when I was there and I had the heat on and overnight my heater kept blowing freezing cold air, then warm air, back to freezing cold air. I got an extra blanket but slept terribly. I did call down but they said everything was working fine as far as they knew. This is minor but I also was disappointed there were no bananas with breakfast. Usually I grab one to go at other springhill suites. And finally the icy parking lot was a little scary. I was surprised no one had put salt down and saw another guest fall. However there was plenty of parking so that was good!

This new hotel is a great place to stay. Just stayed for 1 night but room was spacious and had great amenities. Separate coffee, fridge, microwave area as you walk in. Couch and desk area with tv. Large area for beds. Huge closet, large mirror, shelf under window. Large bathroom with shower. Breakfast had a nice variety. Didn’t use pool or exercise room but they were busy. Pool was great for kids with a small pool that had a sprinkler and one with a spiral chute. First visit to a SpringHill Suites and would definitely stay at one again.

Quiet, clean and comfy. We highly recommend. There is a delightful water feature for children as well as a large hot tub. The bed was great and the breakfast plentiful. It was a bit difficult o locate, but easy to find once we realized it is behind the golf feature in south Fargo.

I stayed here twice since they opened and was extremely pleased. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Jacquelyn in particular was great. Rooms are clean and spacious. We were very pleased with the buffet breakfast. The gentleman in charge did a great job. Nice pool area and fitness room as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Fargo.

First time staying at Springhill suites in Fargo. Beautiful hotel! Room was nice, spacious and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The fridge kept my beverages nice and cold. All staff members were very polite, courteous, helpful and always had a smile on their face. Although I did not use the pool area, I did take a look at it and they have a wonderful area that kids will love. Will definitely be staying here again.
