这次来一共住了4晚,两晚海景房,两晚别墅。别墅的装修明显高于海景房,但是海景房的风景好,各有利弊吧。酒店更偏亲子,泳池基本都是孩子在玩,比较满意的是酒店的自助餐,连吃4个早餐, 4个晚餐竟然没有厌,挺不容易的。
在金兰躺平的日子
可以说是一个非常好的酒店了,这个价格含早晚自助餐,种类丰富。下午茶也是非常丰富。
带孩子享用酒店自己的沙滩,一站式遛娃 非常非常便利!
酒店韩国人居多,总之体验感很不错!
离机场也很近。
Amiana Resort Cam Ranh 毫无服务 入住毫无保障,3K多一晚行政家庭套房 满屋子大蟑螂 到处飞,凌晨3点全家不睡觉 开着灯。与酒店沟通无果。just sorry, that's all。早餐下午茶晚餐都是苍蝇到处飞。根本不敢吃。早上的食物水果晚上继续拿出来。 很可怕的经历。和隔壁的JW万豪 完全天差地别。服务员都是当地农村的 没有服务意识 沟通能力! 住进大农村!
环境是很好的,酒店服务也很好,海滩设施各方面都很好,自助餐也还不错,都是韩国人,韩餐➕白人饭➕越南饭,就是bar的有个服务员一般,酒店东西也偏贵一些吧
每天包含下午茶和晚餐的这个价格可以说性价比很高,但是老实话酒店餐食味道也是真心一般,和之前胡志明的日航酒店不好比,稍微好一点的水果和甜点可以就一两盘,拿完就没了。下午茶基本能吃的就是几个水果和喝个咖啡。冰淇淋机每次排到就要重新制冷,酒店都是韩国人,人非常多,也非常乱,服务跟不上。调酒师九点半就下班了,连买酒都不能,也真的非常搞笑,没在想赚钱。酒店房间房型不错设施也不错,但是厕所淋浴的水忽冷忽热,浴缸龙头的水很容易喷到外面,设计非常奇怪。可能酒店很新的关系,到处还在装修,很吃不消很多地方非常吵。圣诞节晚上的菜品和平常也没有啥区别,我情愿加点钱吃好一点,大概便宜关系。酒店完全被订满。相对而言人一多,服务就更差了。总之,不推荐

我是预定错了才来这家酒店的,但是出乎意料,这次芽庄旅行入住了3个酒店,Amiana绝对是最棒的,很开心前台会中文,你要知道这在芽庄有多么不容易,服务人员特别贴心,有问题都得到帮助,让我体验到真诚的服务!酒店很漂亮,设施齐全。优惠的价格却包含早晚餐,食物非常丰富!以后我去旅行一定认准Amiana,没对比就没伤害,祝福Amiana越来越好!
我们选择了金兰阿米亚娜度假村作为芽庄之行的最后一晚住宿。因为它离机场很近,而且预订时有提供午餐或晚餐的超值优惠。由于我们乘坐的是晚上的航班,所以提前给度假村发了邮件申请延迟退房,支付了50%的日住宿费,这样就可以从周四一直待到周五晚上6点。我们充分利用了这段时间,游泳、吃饭、按摩,睡醒了再吃饭、游泳、按摩,然后直接去机场,行程安排得非常流畅!
金兰阿米亚娜度假村各方面都很完美,但有一个问题,不知道是区域原因还是还在施工的原因,淋浴喷头的滤芯脏得实在太快了,这方面真的需要改进。我们一家人平时旅行对这些细节不太计较,但因为在某个攻略上看到建议一定要带滤芯花洒,所以我们还是带了。结果,洗澡时几乎一人就得用一个滤芯,甚至刷完牙都得用矿泉水漱口。如果这个问题能改善,我认为这里将是无可挑剔的选择!
总的来说,我对这里的一切都感到满意~~^^
泳池条件很好~周围什么都没有,所以一日三餐都在酒店解决,这几乎就是全包式服务了哈哈。
我们预订的是两卧室海景房,办理入住时,工作人员说可以免费升级到特大号床房,我们就同意了(以为是两张特大号床)。结果却把两张单人床换成了一张特大号床。对于我们有两个大人一个孩子来说,一张特大号床并不是升级,反而是降级了。于是我们立刻要求换回原来的房间。但是工作人员竟然质问我们,说刚才为什么同意了呢ㅠㅠ 因为我的英语不太好,沟通有点不顺畅~;;; 接着他们说要去确认,让我们等了一个多小时ㅠㅠ 一个多小时后,他们说我们预订的房间现在没有了,会给我们升级。我一点也不觉得感激,我们预订好的房间难道不到十分钟就卖掉了吗?我实在无法理解。虽然确实升级到了更大的房间,心情也平复了,但是没有任何一句道歉的服务态度让我很不高兴ㅠㅠ
除了入住时的小插曲,度假村的整体条件我都非常满意。基础备品也很满意。度假村门前的海滩,走了很远水深也不深,非常适合玩耍~泳池水深多样,也很推荐有孩子的家庭来玩。
啊,我们在泳池点了鸡尾酒、披萨、汉堡和薯条……不知道是不是和韩国口味不同,等了很久薯条都软塌塌的,披萨是温的,汉堡也很平淡,这些都让人失望ㅠㅠ 鸡尾酒水平也有点让人失望ㅠㅠ
尽管如此,我仍然满意到会考虑再次入住~~^^
这是一家新开的度假酒店,感觉很棒!
住在这里的话,完全没必要安排城外行程,光是待在酒店里就已经很享受了。
工作人员都非常友善,让我们住得很舒服,没有任何不便。
