I had a very nice experience staying at this hotel with my family. The hotel itself is excellent, clean, and the location is very convenient and pleasant. Everything around us was accessible, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank the office manager, Mr. Ahmed Al-Zaben . He was very friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. His professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference, and I really appreciate the time and effort he gave us. I also want thank the restaurant staff for their friendly and smiley faces when they met the guests. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. My room was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was simple and the coffee was very good. I extended one extra day to relax and enjoy a good tour. Salah was wonderful and helped me set everything up so I didn't have to change from one room to another. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
