Staff were phenomenal. Such a convenient location, walked right over to the Toyota Center. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very nice inside, and very comfortable bed! The only issue we had was when we arrived after 4pm the guy at the check in counter said our rooms were not ready yet and that he would let us know when they would be ready. After 4:30pm and waiting about 20 minutes he had not called for us, so I walked back up to the desk and he didn’t seem to remember me, then just checked me in. Seemed kind of odd.
距离展馆非常近，步行10分钟左右，房间面积大，工作人员很nice，因为航班改签，提前几小时到达，以为会不能入住，前台很耐心地帮忙解决了，餐厅的pizza味道也很好，非常推荐。
很好，下次还会再来。
