Nirvana Grand felt like a peaceful escape from the noise of everyday life. The property is serene, the rooms are cosy, and the vibe is soothing. The staff treats you like family and the food adds happiness to the stay. I left feeling refreshed and would gladly return again.

The experience in this resort was pleasant. We got Junior Suite room which was spacious and comfortable. We had warm hospitality from the hotel staff who were helpful in solving my concerns.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I am a hospitality professional with 30 years in the trade where I have worked at many 5 star hotels of repute in India and overseas. I did not expect 5 star hospitality but mere basics which a paying customer is entitled to The issues were plenty and they are as follows 1. No hot water for our entire stay. 2. No drinking water when we arrived in the room. Have to keep asking for the replenishment of the water bottles. 3. Single bed sheet no bottom sheet on the mattress …first day the bed sheet was without even the hem. Sheets do not fit the mattress ans they anre not of size. There were stains on the comforter.You feel springs and the cheapness of the mattress. 4. The phone …receiver and mouth piece was dirty and gross with gunk on it. 5. 45 minutes to get our luggage while checking out, we almost missed our flight to Delhi because of it. 6.Restaurant is well appointed but a variety of menu items not available. After deliberation I ordered a chicken tikka( called something else on the menu) which was very chewy and inedible. The reason for the mishap was because the Tandoori cook was absent and the Chinese chef cooked it. Ordinary first day experience. Our restaurant experience improved afterwards as chef Ali was present from following day. Himself and there was another gentleman( I think Sudhir), at the restaurant who made sure that they keep up the values of hospitality, looking after the guests. Which cannot be said about the two managers Hamid and Anil Gaud, to whom our grievances were shared with by our tour organiser. I was really saddened by the retort in particular by the GM Mr Hamid of the property who brushed aside our concerns as “ we needing attention” , “ oh I take rounds , everything is fine, no one else complained etc etc. I heard all of this as the recording of the conversation was shared with me by the tour operator where this *** is going on and on about how good his management is and how non existent our issues were. No sir, you are burying your head in sand. Invest your time in training your staff rather than blaming the guests.. fyi not only us but the room 2021 also did not have hot water and were using buckets. You definitely are away from the ground reality. That guest also shared that no one listens. To save time I had to take bath with cold water and my wife had to go to other block where the hot water was…it is so wrong.Is it fair for a paying customer? And your staff says “ ye paani to aise hi hoga isse garam nahin hoga”. I mean are you ok or lost your mind? Shocking, hilarious and what not. 7. The tv was not working. Changed set top box. 8. No petty cash at the front desk. The name Nirvana resort- Actually you need to renounce everything and come here to feel the elements and it would be Nirvana. We are still recuperating from the experience. Oh wait… there was a big wedding bursting crackers till late night at a supposed resort.. does spending money entitle you to encroach i
