酒店从设计风格、到服务都非常满意。下次还会去住。风景无敌。早餐东西不多但都是用心制作的,单点的里面品种不少。
一家三口出行,直接说优缺点吧:
优点:崭新的酒店,大堂、酒吧在20楼,正对大阪城,景观一流。服务好,入住人性化很方便。酒店房间算大的,设施都不错,三人入住也不局促。
缺点:寄地铁站有点远的,购物的话不方便。现在入住要押金的酒店应该不多了吧。城景房这面有一条类似主干道的道路,晚上摩托轰鸣声略吵(日本的机车爱好者是真多)
房间里面设施都不错可惜早餐不近如人意可点的菜单种类看着多可是没一样出彩的自助部分更是可选择的少的可怜
如果对早餐没有要求的这间酒店整体设计和品质都很棒我们订的正对大阪府的景观房景观还是一级棒的,我们还带了个小孩帮我们房间加了个榻榻米的小床小朋友很喜欢当然这是预订之前就有加费用的
因为朋友想要体验,于是又来住了一次。
这次服务跟5月份相比,好了一点吧……
这次晚上22点到的酒店一楼终于有人引导到20楼了。但是20楼前台服务多少有点松懈的夸张了。
6个服务员扎堆聊天,也没人注意我和我朋友,直到我们走到跟前才注意到。这次连房间的引导和介绍的人也没有了。上次订的套房所以才有的原因吧。具体也不清楚。
反正前台的服务真的挺散装的。
一直好奇为啥看网上很多人房间都有欢迎巧克力和水果,我住的两次都没有。上一次还是套房。不知道有没有人跟我一样的情况。
服务的三分完全是给早餐的餐厅服务员和spa的服务员
国庆和朋友来日本玩 特意选了一天住五星 这家评论不错 而且看正对着大阪城视野非常好
我们到的时候是晚上 在大堂的时候会把你行李都带走 你只需要人上楼check in即可 服务员会把你的行李放到房间里
前台会需要每个人的护照 以及押金 我看说信用卡退回会比较慢 所以我选择的现金押金 第二天会直接扣除住宿税
房间真的很大!而且我们三个人入住 酒店会给你弄好第三个床 就在窗边 mini吧的胶囊咖啡是免费的 其余会有个价格单 房间内的水是真的多
洗手间很大 干湿隔离 还有个大浴缸 浴袍也是给了三套 还有春夏分体式的睡衣 在抽屉里 沐浴露 洗发水和护发素都很好闻
我们还特地去看了下健身房 有个朋友第二天早起去健身(太励志了!)健身房需要刷房卡进入 都很干净 而且器械比较全 还有水果在那边自取
游泳池好像需要预约 我们没带泳衣就没去
第二天早餐是报房间号 然后会有个菜单可以点 中西式都有 我点了煎蛋还包含香肠 朋友点了日式 其余面包甜品咖啡酸奶都是自助 不过我觉得味道一般性
哦!还有一点我觉得非常好的是我朋友来月经了 弄到了床铺上 离店的时候跟前台说了一下 是否需要清洁费 她们回复我 完全没事!这点真的很好 而且还有中文前台哦 无障碍交流

房间:很好
我选择的豪华房,布局非常合理,设计与大阪城呼应,很漂亮且耐看。
豪华房的面积略微有些小,但是面积稍大一点的尊贵房又没有大阪城景观。如果是在意空间感且想要大阪城景观的朋友,可以选雅致套房,它的面积是豪华房的1.5倍,并且是studio格局的,起居室和卧室没有被分开,空间感会大一些。
设施:很好
因为是新酒店,所以设施非常好。
服务:较好
一切都好,除了第二天的【housekeeping】,竟然【忘记放浴巾】了。
餐食:较好
in-room dining很好,但是早餐一般般。
早餐的水果品相还行但是味道不佳,且没有青肉蜜瓜(in-room dining的果盘有)。
连续三天吃早餐,三天的品种是完全一样的。
交通:较好
附近有【两个地铁站】,步行距离不算很近但也说不上远,总的来说很方便。
总结
是一家性价比很好的酒店,值得成为来大阪玩时的固定酒店
冲着这酒店新位置好,选择了这家,实话讲这间酒店虽新但是对于服务要求来讲,个人觉得服务根本没达到日本酒店该有的服务水准,入住当天发现房间摆放的盆景上有虫,连续三晚无人来换走也没人处理。因为是亲子入住,打扫房间是却一直只摆放2人份生活用品,只要不提就不会给摆放4人份,因为我们早出晚归,回来太晚,晚上就懒得再电话让送服务,但是入住登记几人工作人员应该知情和清楚,第三晚晚上碰到服务人员来铺床打扫服务,当下已经看到我们有4人了都不摆放4人份用品,就这服务,哪个酒店都能做到了,他们竟然视若无睹,毫无温馨可言,给3星已经是极限了,这跟入住岚山的酒店服务相比,有了对比就有了伤害,不说是不是在日本,就这服务根本没跟上5星酒店的服务水平啊。有一说一酒店很新地理位置优势,这个还是不错的。
环境:环境还是很赞的 就在天阁寺对面 景观很无敌 无论是日景还是夜景 是两种截然不同的味道 酒店前方有很大一片草坪 可以在那边发呆放空
卫生:卫生状况很OK 👍
设施:酒店挺新的 各种设施都很不错 也有设计感 可惜没有赶上去泳池游个泳 因为6点就关闭了
服务:服务也不错
景观无敌,装修和设施都足够豪华。晚餐点了客房送餐,日本小姐姐很客气周到。但有一大缺点,早餐糟糕到无以复加,我没有见过早餐自助品类这么可怜的五星酒店,况且还是一晚6000元人民币的奢华酒店,简陋到难以置信。
