I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Srinagar. The property offers views of the mountains and the serene surroundings made the entire experience peaceful and refreshing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. The in house dining and restaurant service and food was excellent. Special thanks to Imitiaz, Deepak, Muskan, Shariq for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Hotel's decor is very royal. Food is good. Sultani platter is a must try. Quantity of food is very good. Mr. Zakhir at the restaurant is very humble and polite.

The stay was really great..the staff is really sweet and cooperative especially Mr Omar is really great in communication and helping..Mr imteyaz is also good..dinner could get a bit better.

This is such an amazing property to visit with family especially small kids. The staff is amazing and the service is excellent. They accompdate for kids so well and the food for eapecially made for my toddler. It has great accessabilty to the places and located in the city. Highly recommmended
