New hotel the room was great and the staff was super friendly. We checked in early about 1:00 the lady at the desk gave us a city view room on the 3rd floor which is 1st floor on the street level not riverside. The hotel was not full at all. I am a Marriot member but booked on ******* which she knew. Anyway the street noice started at 4:00 am and keep me awake the rest of the morning. I had 4 hours of sleep. If you stay at this hotel which I would recommend do not stay on City view 3rd, 4 th or 5 th level.

The parking area was one hotel over, but this really was no inconvenience since we walked for 90% of our stay. $50 a day for valet, $40 a day if you park your car yourself in the parking deck.
This hotel is at the very end of River Street so every diesel truck and car that drives on River Street must go by the hotel. If you’re looking for convenience to the main ***** of boutiques and little vacation shops this is definitely the place. Definitely bring a noise machine for your room because you will hear every loud truck in person blaring their music even on the sixth floor.
The rooftop dining is beautiful at night and the food is very good. The entire staff from valet to the restaurant are very polite and helpful.
Although it was a bit of a walk to the southern historical District, I would definitely stay here again.
If you’re wanting something with the less no worries, then I will definitely stay more in the southern district.

房间很大，床很舒服，服务还可以，免费瓶装水无限制，酒店环境特别好，就在river street边上，吃喝玩乐很方便，非常适合打卡拍照，尤其是顶层roof 餐厅，美极了，缺点是停车费贵，大厅无热水和咖啡，热水需要去餐厅要。
服务非常好，各方面都很满意。
糟糕的客户服务。
我们刚到酒店时，代客泊车员态度非常恶劣，一点也不帮忙。办理入住时，前台那位女士也很不友好，既没有打招呼也没有问候。房间本身还不错，但景色可以更好一些，因为附近有个建筑工地，挡住了部分河景。我们不会再来了。
代客泊车员、前台接待员、经理或调酒师——态度冷漠，缺乏人际交往能力！
床单脏污。
我们被告知必须在11:01准时退房。
我们从酒店开业之初就一直关注着它，希望能有一次愉快的入住体验，结果却非常失望。
员工真的需要提升社交能力。我们经常入住历史街区，这次糟糕的体验显然是因为员工问题，而不是酒店设施本身的问题。
酒店很新，员工服务也很好。但是酒店离大多数餐厅都很远。万豪酒店在床铺方面很吝啬，床就像装在盒子里的床垫一样。我们预订了4晚，结果只住了1晚就离开了。
酒店环境很好，但员工配备和管理都很差。
洗脸巾上有头发，“饮水站”的水是棕色的，而且浑浊。前台人手不足，服务态度也不友好。
我不喜欢停车条件，不喜欢不含早餐，不喜欢没有排气扇或房间吊扇，不喜欢空调在你离开房间时自动关闭，所以当你回到房间时会很热。
前台工作人员完全不知道自己在做什么。他们不断地莫名其妙地从我的卡里扣款。
