Beautifully appointed property with an exceptionally clean and crisp facility. The entire experience was seamless from check-in to departure. The team was highly professional and truly worth mentioning by a friendly welcome from Caithlyn, and James at Guest Services who always ready to assist with anything needed. To add, a delightful In-room dining delivery service (forgot the young gentleman’s name). As stayed to have sometime off to celebrate the New year and my birthday alike, was surprised by a well dedicated wishes and a sweet treat, thanks to the team making my stay extra special. Even though it was the New Year and almost everyone is on holiday, the level of dedication did not drop. The General Manager, Boejorn was personally present at the premise making sure guests were well looked after. A truly well-managed property with outstanding service.
