The venue is beautiful however the service and attitudes of staff was quite dismissive. We went for lunch and received 3 of our 4 meals and the 4th was delayed so long the other 3 had almost finished eating. Staff were unhelpful when asked about this and when the fish and salad arrived the salad was inedible. So disappointing in this new venue, we were looking forward to a beautiful new bistro and were very disappointed.

This hotel is extraordinary. The location is close to the train station, shops and eateries. The staff are friendly and the room was just beautiful. Yes, there are control panels with bright lights but savvy travelers can just drape something over them as I did- problem solved. The only suggestion I have is to provide a range of pillows rather than have them all the same. I would certainly stay here again.

The paid breakfast was fine overall, but a few limits stood out: only one coffee included (extra cup required payment, which felt crazy), and omelettes allowed just two toppings. It made things feel like MacDonalds . Ham cheese… and mushrooms are extra ? 40$ breakfast. I’ve Never seen this ever. Mind u I paid full price for breakfast. I’ve never seen this and Hope to never see this again. IHG Gosford for me is a never again. I tried a lot to like it. I gave feedback, I called. Zero. Try it for yourself if you wish. IHG should vet their franchises better. This isn’t your best work.

美好的体验
首先，员工服务非常好。仅此而已。我抵达酒店那天天气非常闷热潮湿，走进房间，空调开得很足，房间凉爽舒适。但很快我就觉得太冷了，于是关掉空调，开始工作。过了一会儿，房间又开始热起来，我去重新打开空调，结果却发现空调没反应，原来是个“智能系统”。我打电话给客房服务，他们说需要重启系统。在炎热的天气里工作了30分钟后，空调终于重新启动了。晚餐时，警报系统响了15分钟以上，发出疏散通知，但没有人理会。于是我上床睡觉，关灯睡觉。房间里有一个很酷的触控面板，上面有“请勿打扰”模式的化妆间指示灯，白天非常明亮。但加上没人用的闹钟显示屏，感觉就像开着灯睡觉一样。第二天早上，房间开始变暖，我又打开了空调，结果还是没反应。这次我懒得再打电话给“客房服务”了，直接退房了。没有人问我住得怎么样，所以我离开了。
我们在Voco酒店度过了愉快的三晚。Voco是一家崭新且设施齐全的酒店，处处体现着对细节的关注，让我们倍感欣慰。记得带上水瓶，在电梯附近的净水站续水！茶水和咖啡站的设计就像一辆小咖啡车。所有员工都非常友善，有求必应，每次路过都会有人热情地打招呼。酒店内的餐厅和酒吧都很不错，客房送餐服务也很方便。可以去泳池游泳，然后在池畔享用饮品。房间安静舒适，空调让这波热浪也变得轻松惬意。强烈推荐这家新酒店。
由于附近发生山火，我们不得不在Voco Gosford酒店临时住了一晚。这家酒店开业不到一个月，各方面都非常棒。我想我们可能是这间房的第一批客人。离开时，Danielle给我们做了两杯拿铁，还送了一些饼干作为感谢。真是太棒了！
