我们来这里住一晚。酒店门口有个牌子，说没有热水，只有温水。问他们这种情况持续了多久，他们说超过一周了。我们是前一天晚上预订的房间，如果知道这一点就好了。房间不错，床很舒服，房间也很干净。但是淋浴间没有门。所以冷风吹进来不太舒服，尤其是在热水的情况下。即使关上浴室的门，里面还是很冷，很不舒服。早餐一般。没有冰块可以放软饮，没有地方放脏杯子/玻璃杯，而且服务员也不怎么注意补充空杯子。我们估计以后不会再住这里了。

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in early January and then 19 nights from January 25-February 13. The hotel is new and looks great. It’s modern and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were all friendly, professional and helpful. For our 19 night stay, we were not able to get the room we booked so they did offer us a few options and eventually made it right, upgrading us to a one bedroom suite. The room was amazing. Breakfast was always consistently good and they offered many options. The weeknight “social” time was just okay. We don’t drink and the food offerings were just okay. However, it was a nice perk that we took advantage of when we were there. The pool area is really nice. The pool and hot tubs were both pleasant and so warm! However, they do allow smoking at the pool which I personally found strange and disgusting. It was VERY bothersome! Cleaning was not top notch. In 19 nights, we never had a full room cleaning. Common areas were not always clean either. I see this as a potential problem for such a lovely, new hotel. Parking was also occasionally an issue. We observed staff and/or their family using the handicap spots without a placard.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were there for 23 days. Breakfast every day was great. The pool and hot tub were lovely and the laundry room was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean.

The CX we had here was top shelf. New hotel, nice (super nice) employees and the room was spotless. We stopped in on a long road trip last minute and would 100% be back here. Ample parking for trailers as well if you're hauling, like we were.

We stayed at this new Hotel for only one quick night but the rooms were very spacious and new with a lovely kitchenette. We loved that they served 24 hr Coffee in the Lobby with fixings. We left before breakfast so we have no comment. The Area is very nice, easy parking and the lobby was very nice and comfortable.

We loved the place, once we found it. I put in the address on my navigation and we ended up a few miles away from the actual location. We back tracked and we finally found it nestled off the highway just a bit. We arrived late, so parking was a bit of an issue, but we go parked and settled in. The room was really nice, beds super comfortable, wifi was great and shower pressure in the bathroom was adequate. We went down to breakfast and I had a bagel and some juice. My daughter had a muffin and juice. There were eggs, yogurt, sausage, fresh fruit, bread and such. Checkout was a breeze. The young man that checked us out was fantastic. I wish I could remember his name.
