Stayed here for Business, and was a clean and new hotel. Only drawbacks was the tv was not working, and the floor looked like it had been mopped with dirty mop water. For these minor issues the staff made up for it with their professionalism and friendliness. The Stand out was Grace "Gods Girl" she was super friendly at breakfast, and went the extra mile to mention people by name and remember their names. She took time to make sure breakfast was to their liking and to have general conversation with everyone. This rare customer service experience, made us feel like we were at home, and took the stress off the day. Because of her next time we visit we will be returning to this hotel. We were impressed with all the staff at the front desk as well, they always greeted and ask how our day was. Always with a smile. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a stay in El Paso. Just know the Tv may not be working in the room.
