I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location. I plan to return every time I'm in Detroit.

We had a drink at the bar before walking to Little Caesars, our bartender was attentive and nice - the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and our room was lovely! Well worth the stay and made the concert even more memorable.

Upon arrival the confirmation did not match the booking. I paid for 2 rooms and there was only one booked.

The hotel itself is very nice; however, the guest room doors close extremely loudly, which can be disruptive throughout the night as guests come and go. Additionally, the pillows could use improvement, as they lack comfort and feel inexpensive.

Beautiful new hotel. Rooms were a little small but very nice . The restaurant was beautiful. Staff was excellent and extremely nice and helpful.

I have been to many 4 & 5 star hotels and I have never seen a room so clean!!
Amazing staff! Knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, that includes the servers in the bar restaurant area.
This hotel made my trip.
Sometimes paying the extra cash is very worth it, this is worth the extra Benjamin’s

Very nice hotel and location
The hotel is new, very clean, very nice. There were a few small interruptions (ex. power going out in half of our room) that were a little hard to explain.
