Hotel was excellent and staff very supportive and professional. Only issue I have is I could not get a copy of my payment invoice/receipt when leaving and was referred to ******* for my receipt. It was a hassle to locate and finally found the link only to be block by Chrome. Customers should have the option to get invoice a the hotel.
淋浴间里有头发。打电话给前台，他们说会打扫。结果打了三次才有人来打扫。卫生状况极差。空调噪音很大。前台工作人员一点也不帮忙。总之，入住体验非常糟糕。
