Great hotel, staff, and location. Rooms are clean, and modern. Staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a pleasant stay for us. Restaurant and food was 10/10 too. Will 100% be returning to stay here when we’re next in town. A special thank you to Kishor & Gagan in the restaurant for always being so friendly and helpful!

Excellent stay. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and comfortable. The rooms were very cozy and well kept, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in Park Inn, Jalandhar. The hotel is relatively new & the beds are comfortable. They provided a great breakfast selection. At times, service could be slower when busy. The rooms are a little noisy but manageable. Overall, a wonderful experience and all staff are very polite & helpful - special thanks to Priya, Gurdeep, Lakhvinder & Gagan for their wonderful customer service.

Booked this hotel for a family wedding. Another family member decided to join us last minute. Staff were great in organising an additional inter-connecting room. Hotel location is excellent, it was clean, modern and good value. Staff were amazing and attentive, meeting all our needs and going over and above. Special shout out to Lakhwinder who made our stay extra special. Good selection for breakfast however, lunch service was very slow. Overall, a good stay and highly recommended.
