This is a newly renovated property from the same owners as the Beach Motel. Just a few blocks south and also NOT on the beach (albeit not very far). Very tastefully decorated in Art Deco style. The finishes were great. But there are significant growing pains. Good design yes, practical definitely no. We had a kitchenette. No kettle, no microwave, only one pot for the stove. Coffee maker is Nespresso only. Frying pan is minuscule. Storage is also an issue. 3 closets but only hanging space, not a shelf or dresser in sight. No night light in the bathroom, no bedside lights. The pillows are memory foam and they are stiff. 4 pillows provided, there should be at least 2 fluffier ones. Orientation sheet very limited. There is a white gas art deco fireplace in the suite, but no gas, apparently they cannot be used due to safety concerns. Overall form won over function which isn't great. However, none of these issues are hard or expensive to remediate. If they did, the suite would be a great place to stay.

Cute little motel in a great little town. We visited during the off season so please keep that in mind. We arrived later in the afternoon and let ourselves in per the emailed instructions. I am still trying to wrap my head around that. Its felt like a micro hotel meaning micro services. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We didn't know how to use sauna or specific rules the first night. We were sure to get the info needed when staff arrived the next morning. Staff during the day were great! Again, I don't know if this is typical during regular season but kind of enjoyed the freedom! We will give it another go during the summer months. I am excited to try their new South Beach Property! Just need to better understand the overall intended concept of the property.

this boutique motel, should leave the "boutique" out of the name, and just go with Motel, furthermore, the beach should be left out of the name, as the beach cannot been heard or seen, from the motel property. also the pictures that can be found do not represent the real address, as it has been photo chopped, as the attached picture i found on trip advisor, doesn't represent the real building. the cost of $400 per night, midweek, is preposterous, based on the reality of us staying there. they fill the room with useless decor, including round balls, designed for foot stools,(maybe), as well as useless wall hanging to hang your jackets, and a swing outside the door of the room that you have to be a gymnast to get in or out of, but lets stick to the inside, the bathroom has stand alone bathtub, with a ceiling oval curtain rod, to be pulled around the inside of the tub, well think 60 years old, and you have to step over the 20" tall tub, to the slippery surface of the tub floor, now that you have done that, try to wash your hair with a rain head from the middle of the ceiling, (no pressure), now picture you have to step out of the tub onto a tiled floor, soaking wet, over a 20" step down! very unsafe, remember 60 yrs old, did i mention 1 replaced knee, and the other coming in 48 days, that was treacherous. they have tremendous outdoor patio, however the fireplaces get turned off at 8 pm, when the innkeeper goes home! oh and they didnt mention if you want to use the sauna, that too is not available after 8 pm, so if you like fires during the day, or a sauna, thats when its available. the toilet seat was loose enough that it was dangerous, incase you want to go to southhampton, take note, the walker restaurant closes at 8 pm. yes, 8 pm

The restaurant offers the best food and ambience in Southampton. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are well presented. The ambiance is elegant and stylish. This isn't a family style restaurant, in my opinion it's most suitable for couples.

First time staying at a boutique motel. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our experience in the 2 bedroom unit. It had a much larger than expected fridge and the setup for a family with young kitchen was just perfect. The washroom was pleasantly renovated and the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. My only suggestion is I would suggest that they offer a better breakfast options and allow customers to pay vs offering continental each day. Other than that I would highly recommend this motel to families looking for a stay at South Hampton Ontario. Views of the sunset and beach were amazing and were only a 5-10 min walk.

We are seasoned travellers. The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant There was only one other couple there and we could hear them. The amentities were limited for a boutique hotel. Doors locked at 8:00pm and no one on premise. TV - could only stream from phone or laptop - but no information about that- . Breakfast was of the standard of Super 8 hotel. Room small- no where to put your suitcases. This place is not value for dollar- We can not reccommend to family or friends. We loved the location and the town of Southhampton
