Hotel had a lot of areas to improve. When I got there the toilet was running, so not doing good maintenance. They’re intended for long term stays as apartments and housekeeping comes once a week…but they had a kitchen with 1 spoon. The gym was extremely nice, breakfast was lame and the coffee machine broke during my stay. Bed and pillows were good, only reason this wasn’t rated lower.

Great location and the employees here are so nice and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They have luggage carts and even offered to help me push my cart to my room. One of the nicest pool areas I have ever seen. Just a beautiful experience here all around . The lobby coffee is so delicious. And the people who work here are great. The lady that checked me in ( Michele) was amazing.

We stayed at this brand new hotel for three nights. The construction isn't finished yet as evidenced by no clothes rod in the closet and no shelves in the shower for shower products We got new pillows on the last night, and when my wife woke up in the morning her eyes were swollen shut from the pillows and her cat allergy. 5 days later they're still in bad shape. It is a pet friendly hotel I evidently they share the pet room linens with non pet room linens. Very disappointing. If you have cat allergies ,DO NOT STAY HERE.
