The ambience, room maintenance, washroom maintenance, and amenities were excellent. The staff was polite, and the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely return to the hotel and recommend it to my family and friends.

Travelled for official purposes to Treebo Lalitha in July 2025, where I stayed for two nights. Pros: 1. Close to the RK beach, with hardly 400 meters of walk. 2. Rooms are neat and clean. Same for washrooms. 3. Room service is decent. Cons: 1. No in-house kitchen, so breakfast is forgettable. Neither taste nor variety. Needs a major improvement. 2. Rooms with only a city view and no option of a Beach view. 3. The walk to the hotel from RK beach is uphill, which might be difficult for elderly people.

Rooms are fine. But the property is undergoing construction. Breakfast area not convenient.
