After your departure on 17 February from room 3410, our Reservations team received an inquiry via the Trip.com platform informing us that a mobile phone had been left behind. As the message was received by email, the response was unfortunately delayed, and we sincerely apologize for this.Once the follow-up inquiry was received, our team immediately coordinated with Housekeeping and the Operations team to conduct a thorough check of the room. The mobile phone was promptly located in the guestroom and was handed over to the Front Desk for secure storage. As we did not have a direct contact number for you, we communicated the update through the Trip.com platform as soon as possible.We would like to assure you and future guests that the mobile phone was never removed from the hotel and was handled strictly in accordance with our lost and found procedures.
