Hotel is new but service is poor and needs to improve. Linen in bedroom was stained, towels needed to be requested multiple times. Table was broken in the room and window was stained with paint. Service in the restaurant was average but food was good. Rooms walls had poor sound insulation and once could easily hear the neighbor. Hotel needs to improve operations if it wants to be a Tier1 hotel in Deoghar especially for guests coming from outside India.

This hotel is probably the best in Deoghar and only about 10 minutes away from the Temple. 1. Rooms are very good. Clean well arranged and comfortable. Toilets are well appointed. 2. Check in is super smooth. Just sign and go to your room. The luggage will follow you need not bother. 3. Food is very good. Although when you are visiting a temple, before the visit you may not want to eat a gourmet meal. They have a Dy Manager in F&B named Shanti, who takes good care in case you want food cooked in a specific way. 4. The temple is accessible only by e-rickshaws, and the front door guard arranges the e-rickshaw easily. 5. Only problem is that city power keeps going on and off and therefore it has it affect on this and all hotels in Deoghar. I have strongly recommended to the hotel to put emergency lights in the toilets. 6. All in all, this hotel is one of the best in Deoghar, and if budget is not a constraint, this is the hotel to stay in Deoghar. It has the feel of a 5* hotel.

Good stay , thanks to Ms Nisha who took good care. Our requests were taken care of, food was tasty , room service was good. Nice and clean hotel. Staff was polite, helpful and mindful of the requests. We went for Jyotirlinga Darshan and everything was arranged well.

Awesome experience with new fixtures in the bathroom, it was pleasant stay overall. Close to the Babadhaam mandir , I guess that’s what one would go to Deoghar for.
