My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. This property, advertised as a 4-star hotel, failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Multiple issues with both the hotel’s facilities and staff left me frustrated and unsatisfied. First, I had sacred items in my room blessed flowers and offerings, which were discarded by housekeeping without my consent or knowledge. When I brought this to management, my concerns were brushed aside, and I was wrongly accused of lying, dealt with unprofessional attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The hotel’s physical condition was also disappointing. My room had several issues, including a bathroom that flooded after every shower and inconsistent hot water. The room’s ventilation was poor.
Breakfast service was another let down. The staff repeatedly reminded us that breakfast closes at 10:30 which felt pushy & unnecessary. It created an uncomfortable environment. After posting my review online, I received a call from the GM Satya, but it was clear they weren’t interested in addressing my concerns. The manager claimed they had tried to contact us the day before our departure, but this was a lie — we were in the room all day and night, and no one reached out.
I also contacted Radisson’s corporate office, hoping for some resolution, but received no follow-up. This lack of response from both the hotel and the brand’s corporate office how little they care.

the staff were extremely friendly and also went above and beyond to celebrate our wedding when they got to know that we are newly married. But the room had a few discrepancies - The charging socket on one side was not working. Body wash was empty.
