Good - Rooms and Cleanliness. Modern bathrooms. Close to airport. Breakfast was decent. Improvement - Toiletries were absent. No brush, comb etc. When we checked in there was no one to take our luggage. Guess it's not consistent or well coordinated.

The room(Deluxe) was spacious and very comfortable, the ambience and lighting are spot on. Not to mention the cleanliness levels, which are also great. The professionalism levels of the staff are also commendable. They were always quick to respond and help.

The hotel was like a hidden gem nesr Kozhikode airport. The fixtures were futuristic, with Japanese automatic toilets and such warm hospitality. Would definitely come here again
