We stayed 2 nights and was greeted at the airport by our friendly driver with a sign and was easy to find. We arrived at 12am and the staff were really friendly and welcoming and cooked us some food too as we were hungry! Room was comfortable and suitable for 2 nights, the rooftop had a view of the pyramids too. Both mornings we had breakfast made early for us, first day a traditional one and the second day takeaway crossaints and pastries! Very friendly staff especially Badr the young guy and the rest of the family, would recommend for a feel at home stay in a busy city!

We came to Egypt for the first time with friends and stayed at this hotel. We lived in two rooms, they are located opposite each other. The staff pleasantly surprised us with their attitude towards us. Any questions and problems were solved in a matter of minutes. The hotel is new, very clean, everything is done according to European standards. The room was cleaned daily. The bed linen was always clean, the towels were constantly changed. The beds are spacious and with comfortable mattresses. The room had a mini-bar with water and TV. Every morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast. A very large selection of food and everything is very tasty. And the most beautiful thing there is - the view of the Pyramids. On this roof you can see all 9 pyramids!!! All the days of our stay we went up there, ordered freshly squeezed juices and enjoyed this wonderful view! Also, the hotel offers a transfer from and to the airport, excellent excursions and tours around Egypt. When leaving the airport, we were met by a driver with a sign with our names. He helped us carry our luggage to the car and kindly gave us a "mini-tour" while we were driving to our hotel. The next day we went to the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, the Saqqara Pyramids and Memphis. The car was extremely comfortable with refreshments, the tour guide was incredibly funny and told us everything in a very interesting way. After which we went to Alexandria and the Siwa Oasis. We really liked it!!!! Overall, we are absolutely delighted with our trip to Egypt and our stay at this hotel! Many thanks to the hotel staff, the guys are great! Everything was top notch! We will definitely come back next year!!!!
