Went to Gravenhust to take photos of the autumn colours. The hotel is in a great location close to many parks. Clean rooms, all the staff were very helpful, especially the staff setting up the breakfast and there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

The hotel was very clean with spotless rooms. The staff was very kind and courteous with amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with a great variety.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel was very clean and quiet, however a few experiences with the front desk staff puzzled me. Upon check-in at reception we asked if they accepted CAA cards & we were told that the rate would go up if we used that card. When checking out I requested the bill and was told since I reserved the room online I would have to contact ******* to receive an invoice, that they would not provide the bill. This was very strange as I have always received a bill when checking out, even when I previously reserved a room online. I am upset with this situation and require a receipt for this stay.

自驾途中中转休息一晚，正好去白求恩纪念馆打卡。酒店比较新，配套完善，楼下有好几家快餐餐厅。

酒店环境不错，员工非常友善热情，周边设施也很齐全。但是，我们下午6点到达时房间还没准备好。早餐时因为没有座位，我们不得不站着等了15分钟。
