Staff lovely and helpful but No lifts , lifts broken , in 60’s and struggled to climb 48 stairs up and down 3.5 times . Didn’t go out of room due to this.
Mattress needs replacing on 1 side of bed , could feel springs, ( 2 beds in 1 large bed ).
Quilt cover not big enough, turned the other way but quilt cover didn’t fasten .

Enjoyed the gym and pool too far to walk from main hotel building though. Reception area, bar area and restaurant all clean and modern. Food in restaurant was good.

入住很方便，员工也很友好。
小型套房与广告宣传不符。图片上显示房间装修精美，但我们实际入住时却并非如此。房间很脏，地板上满是爆米花，到处都是灰尘，床上用品也存在问题。墙壁受损，维修也很差（房东的特别要求），整个酒店弥漫着令人作呕的污水味。
凌晨3点，火警警报响了5秒钟，第二天没有任何解释或道歉。
退房时，前台似乎并不关心我们的住宿，好像我们因为接私人电话而把人拉走了。
这根本不能称之为水疗酒店。酒店有游泳池和蒸汽房，还不错，但桑拿房的水温不高。如果能提前告知储物柜需要1英镑硬币就更好了，因为我们入住期间从房间到水疗区不太方便。
住宿体验不错，但略有不足
酒店前台和主要区域都非常漂亮——现代、干净、维护良好，所以第一印象很棒。房间本身也很漂亮舒适。然而，通往房间的走廊感觉有些陈旧，而且不幸的是，防火门整夜不停地砰的一声关上，这影响了睡眠质量。
阳台的景色有点令人失望，直接看到破旧的屋顶和工业氛围——并不令人放松。水疗中心也是好坏参半——要到达那里，你实际上必须离开酒店，在外面走一圈，这是我们没想到的。我们跟着水疗中心的指示牌走，结果不小心走到了一个建筑工地，这让我们很困惑。到了那里，水疗中心还不错，但没有按摩浴缸，而且从泳池到桑拿房要走一段路。
好的一面是，早餐很美味——新鲜、美味，而且选择丰富。
总体而言，这次住宿体验还不错，但有些事情确实影响了这次体验。
工作人员热情好客，照顾周到。
温暖、友好、干净，食物也很美味。
酒店有些地方看起来有点陈旧，需要翻新，我知道翻新正在计划中。
