Comfortable beds, clean room, fantastic shower and Dove products. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great and coffee was perfectly caffeinated - not watery and weak. They had the firepit on and it was really welcoming. Will definitely stay here every time we visit friends in the area!

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the accommodations were great! We visit regularly as our son plays football for Calvin University. We has stayed at a number of hotel and this has been the best by far!

Several Rooms

I checked into this hotel, the nice lady at the front desk gave me my keys to the room. I went to the room, it wasn’t cleaned. The bed was slept in and there were towels laying around. I went back down to the desk, told the lady at the front desk, she apologized and gave me a different room. I went to that room and when I went to use the card to unlock the room and push it open, the inside lock kept the door from fully opening because there were guests in that room. They came to the door and I apologized to them and explained that I was given this room by the front desk lady. I was embarrassed for myself and for them. I proceeded to go back down to the front desk and tell the lady there that she gave me a room with guests already in it. She apologized again, and said this time she’ll go check the room herself before she sends me to another room. She returned and said that this room is good. Gave me the key and stated the manager would contact me in the morning. I was never contacted by the manager. I was very disappointed after all I went through to get a clean and unoccupied room.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The shower had someone hair on floor. Staff was very nice. The woman at the desk need to smile more. The kitchen needed healthy food.

Very nice. Nice setup for breakfast and we had a spotless room which was very quite. There was a thunderstorm outsideand we only heard the thunder a few times.
