Loved the property great staff nice rooms however the pool was cold for an indoor pool. Kids only stayed in for about 20 minutes.

Newer property so everything was clean and modern, but also very comfortable. All staff we encountered were friendly. Best hotel we've stayed in Grand Rapids.

From what I’ve read in other reviews, this is a new building. It definitely seems that way! Immediately in walking in the door, the “new” smell hits you. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy. My room was perfect-full kitchen with utensils and cookware and a comfy bed. It was the perfect stay. I’ll 100% be back again.

Overbooked
No room for us due to a cleaning issue. They did provide another room at a sister hotel 20 minutes in the wrong direction for us at midnight when we needed to be up by 6am. Didn't even offer a discount.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and it does not disappoint. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and convenient. There is of course a SBUX close by, but the morning breakfast was great as well. We will probably plan to utilize the free onsite laundry next trip.
