The hotel main areas were not that great- wall paneling broken, carpets dirty, wall paint peeling, old elevator that sounded like it was going to break down. The room was clean enough- bed was clean- entry floors had a few spots and could have used a mop upon entry. The location was out of the city enough it felt pretty safe.

Room had dirty sock behind chair on floor lamp stand. Hair on carpeted baseboards (look like pet hair), toilet didn't flush all the time. Noisy hallways & we could hear lots of room noise above us. I don't understand why Hilton would want to associate with this establishment. Not only would we not stay here again but I seriously would reconsider staying at Hilton Hotel.

Very nice and comfortable room but no coffee maker or microwave! Not even an ice bucket or glasses for water. Too skimpy even for pared down price!

很多客人抵达时，房间还没有准备好。他们给我们安排的房间闻起来像尿，地板湿透了，而且有很多风扇在吹。他们把我们安排到另一个有异味的房间，我们附近的很多房间都有狗叫。欧陆式早餐包括麦片、几个贝果和几个松饼，根本不够客人吃。如果你在早上7点他们把食物送出来之前还没下楼，你就什么都吃不到了。电梯很不稳定，噪音很大，有好几次我们都以为要被困住了。
下午5点到达前台，一楼一对夫妇报告说，刚分配给他们的房间“地毯湿透了，好几个风扇都在转，还散发着尿味”。另一对夫妇也报告说，他们到达时房间里“床单上有污渍，还有3只虫子”。前台工作人员说，所有房间都已被预订，所以不确定管理层能否解决问题。前门的窗户很脏。
我们的双人大床房没有咖啡机，没有杯子或玻璃杯，没有钟，没有电话，没有舒适的座椅，还有脏兮兮的毛巾。枕头很差，早餐选择有限。
空调、风扇、淋浴和吹风机都运行良好，而且很安静，但总体来说性价比很低，我们不会再来了。
1. 电梯地板很脏。
2. 电梯很吓人。噪音很大，而且上升时会摇晃。
3. 三楼大厅的地毯又旧又脏。 （我看得出来房间经常吸尘，但需要好好清洁一下，或者应该换新的。
4. 早餐食品用完了，比如咖啡、黄油、奶精和牛奶等等……
5. 床上用品看起来很干净，但实际上又旧又破。
6. 毛巾不够两个人用。我们被告知毛巾被客人偷了，所以不够用。（不如买新的？）
7. 第一次进房间时，我发现有一条浴巾是湿的，上面还有一大块污渍。
必须说，工作人员非常友好，尽力提供帮助。不幸的是，我也注意到人手不够。早班经理一个人忙着做所有的工作。
我还有一些其他问题，但我想我已经说得足够多了，让你明白了。
