Room was okay nothing extra. The restroom it is in desperate need of remodeling, it looked wear down, paint coming off the walls, bathtub definitely needs to be replace

The girl that checked us in was a bit strange and it took her a little longer to check us in than expected. Overall, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the rest of the staff was friendly. The breakfast only had bread, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt. I'd suggest adding some fruit or other items to make it more desirable or plan on going out to get something better.

Rooms were clean and nice. Some light switches, towel hooks, etc. weren't exactly quality craftsmanship, but it was fine. I expected the surrounding area to be a little more walkable, restaurant options close by were on the fancy side. But very close and convenient to the airport.

The hotel was good, service was good. The only complaint I have was the people that stayed above me allowed their child to run around the room nonstop. I called the front desk twice and told them. They said they called the guests. But nothing stopped the noise. It got so loud at one point, I thought they were going to come through my ceiling.

Room was musty and smelled of heavy cleaner that was attempting to cover the smell of wet dog. If I wasn’t complete exhausted I would have left to find another hotel.

Elevator is slow and bumpy. Can easily hear upper floor noise at night. Orange juice at breakfast was watery. More variety at breakfast. Better fitness center please

The room did not smell as fresh as the last time I stayed here. There was a slight stale or sweaty odor, but not bad enough for me to switch rooms, just a little annoying. Also the mattress was average; not really comfortable though.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The climate of breakfast area is one of the best.

Staff was great, especially the shuttle drivers (thanks AB and Andy!) and the front desk!
Had an outdoor pool which looked inviting, but I didn’t use it.
Minor complaint was that they clean rooms every other day, rather than every day. I was hoping to come back to at least a made bed, but I didn’t. :(. Not a huge deal.
