The only thing holiday inn was the sign at the door. This should be removed and more explanation that it is not holiday inn. The room was clean and the staff friendly. We had chicken tikka meal. 4 bits of chicken in a what tasted like a jar of tasteless sauce and tiny nan bread. It took 1 hour and a lot of microwave sounds. Didn’t have breakfast. Smell of **** in the corridor. Kettle in the room but no tea or coffee provided even from reception I could not recommend this hotel. I know it was a last minute budget hotel booking but expected better.

I stay several times a week. Everytime I am here there is an issue, and usually it the same one each time. This time around the shower head was extremely dirty, it was modly and quite disgusting. The hair dryer didn't work again this week. There is a kettle, but no tea bags, coffee or milk.

The hotel felt unsafe for a solo female traveller. The rooms were accessed via a pin code and there was no deadlock on the door. The room was not clean with rubbish strewn under the bed and the carpets did not appear to have been hoovered anywhere. The room had a dirty smell.

Second stay
Second time staying here. Room was very spacious and so was bathroom. There was no chair in the room to sit at the table so i pulled the sofa forward and there was quite a bit of mess underneath it, so not the cleanest. The matress was bit more comfortable this time because they layed matress topper down, so it didn't feel springy this time. The hair dryer was broken and was giving off a burning smell. I left a piece of clothing behind but staff have not seen it, they said they'd let me know if it turns up. A few reminders. You have to pay for parking. There is no coffee or tea in the room although there is a kettle and cups.

Smoking on premises and very loud. They advertise public parking but you do have to pay. At about 0600 the fire alarm went off which was a false alarm. Huge nuisance! The towels had incense on them which made them oily, stained & dirty. The fan was covered in dust. It would be a great place if they would clean up around the outside building, not charge for their ridiculously oversized parking lot & cleaned up the rooms. The smoking being allowed in the hallways is unacceptable as well.

这家酒店很难找，但后来发现它竟然是假日酒店。前门上贴着一张纸质告示，上面写着酒店的新名字，但看起来并不正式。
停车要收费，尽管广告上说是自助停车。电梯很脏（地板上有黏糊糊的饮料渍）。
我们房间的暖气坏了；我们带了一个小型便携式电暖器，插上电源后会冒火花……所以我们只能在没有暖气的情况下睡觉，窗户也关得不太好（肯定是坏了），隔音效果很差。早餐选择很少（而且还要额外付费），食材也不新鲜。
广告上的照片也过时了。考虑到酒店里客人很多，而且我们在走廊里也遇到了一些人，我们感觉很不安全。
这家酒店唯一的优点就是房价很诱人（但其实也没什么实际价值），以及附近有个公交车站可以去市中心。
