room very nice except bed too high for me and my daughter. I am about 4'11", she is about 5'2". she slept in the bed, I slept on couch. we were ok there. our dog was very comfortable in room, only barked once at someone in hallway. but other wise she was very good. will probably stay there again. really liked frig, kitchen. employees very friendly and helpful. over all, we enjoyed the stay. ground floor nice perfect for us. also, clean room,pet friendly, staff great. as said, enjoyed stay. didnt get good tour of cheyenne tho. was condidering a move to your city. dont think a fit for us at this time. thank you

Meh
Visit was ‘Meh”. Bed comfortable and the shower was good size. Kitchen was adequate but difficult finding the detergent. Did not care for tile flooring - was cold. Walls are thin - plenty of train noise, stomping from people above and from the next door. Other door shut so loudly and we were 3 doors away from it. Water in the shower rotated from hot to Luke warm/Tepid every minute. Water pressure was a little too low. The biggest complaint was that our reader on the door for the door key refused to read the cards after 1-2 successful reads so we had to get 6 extra cards made to get us through our 3 day stay. I have to say, the front staff was apologetic and very professional. Would I stay here again? No. For the price, there are better/more refined options.

The room was ok, very clean, bed was a little hard, couch was very uncomfortable. I didn’t realize WiFi was free for only one device, you had to pay to use it on extra devices. Deal breaker for me!

They were very booked when we were there & it took a bit of time to get into our room. It was actually after 3 before we were able to check in. I also think the cleaning crew was rushing to get rooms ready as our tub was very dingy & there was a MT Dew sitting on the counter.

The only thing we didn’t like was the motion activated lights in the room. We turned them off at night as instructed but they still came on several times throughout the night

The room was fine and clean. The lights turned on all night randomly and we couldn’t get them off. The window was so bright early in the morning and didn’t block any light.
