An excellent hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. Room was spot on and food very good if slightly on the expensive side. I'm not the spa type but work colleagues that were with me say it was also excellent.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel in Palanga. The location is conveniently situated a short 10-minute drive from the city center, perfect for beach outings or enjoying walks and bike rides. The rooms are exceptionally clean and feature comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the saunas and pool. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Avoid this hotel if you are planning to stay with a pet!!! You are paying for your pet stay ,but is so dangerous in hotel room for your pet ... So many gaps where your small pet can stuck and no one will help you!!! Receptionist at all not helpfull and even rude service !!! Food is terrible ! Not worst to pay suck a big money to stay in this hotel! Not a 5* star service ! Shame on you !!! Around is much better you can find HOTEL!
住宿体验完美，床超级舒服，水疗中心也很棒。唯一不足之处是早餐；水果和蔬菜都蔫了，看起来像是放了好几天（而不是几个小时）。食物选择很少，而且吃完后我感觉不舒服。
