As soon as you enter the room you can smell the stench from the carpet. Bathroom floor is mouldy. Mattress worn. Not recommended

I booked to stay here and upon seeing the conditions of the room I Went to the reception to request a refund. This was due to what I can only assume was bloodstains on the bed skirting. The billow was covered in stains. Then to top it all off a very large white plastic bag was tied around the smoke detector. And it wasn't subtle it was hanging very clearly. So they just didn't even look in the room or didn't care. The man on reception was adamant I would get my money back via *******. But, nope it would have to be through the hotel and they refused. I can't say enough how much I do not recommend this hotel.

天哪！千万别把钱和时间花在那里。我该从何说起呢？酒店的指示牌有误导性，很难找到。这家酒店最好形容为“印度的贫民窟”。地毯发霉严重，臭气熏天。房间的陈设过时又俗气。床烂透了。床垫一点都不结实，感觉像从远古时代就开始用了。前台员工对我的各种担忧不屑一顾，无动于衷。这家酒店必须因为健康和安全问题而关闭。
一切顺利，住了三晚，员工非常乐于助人。
破旧不堪、脏兮兮
这家酒店很老旧，绝对需要翻新。床很硬，房间里的杯子很脏，上完厕所后马桶几乎拔不出来。此外，暖气片看起来非常难看，墙壁和地毯看起来也不干净。窗户几乎无法打开/关闭，因为你得爬过一张桌子和一个很深的窗台。早餐也不值这个价——鸡蛋几乎是黑色的，培根很酸，黄油也腐臭了。
深夜走廊里也很吵，有人在走廊里跑来跑去，摔门声此起彼伏。
酒店在晚上9点取消了我们的入住，留下一条含糊不清的短信，说我们的房间由于“维护”无法使用。
有趣的是，我们实际上是因为医疗紧急情况无法参加，当时他们正在考虑能否退款（虽然我们知道不太可能），然后打电话给我们，完全不知道我们正在申请退款。
然而，他们拒绝了*******的所有退款请求，谎称我们已经参加了，而且他们可以确认我们确实在酒店并使用了房间。
尽管他们取消了我们的入住，并且有语音留言可以证明这一点，而且我当时不在离酒店50英里以内，但他们还是这么做了。
看看评论，他们以前做过这种事——而且这家酒店不是高地市中心，而是“Oyo”酒店，或者可能是布伦特伍德？
这家酒店明显是个骗局——要么他们实际的房间数量远低于他们声称的水平，要么就是个彻头彻尾的骗局，为了钱财经常取消预订。
******* 拒绝采取任何行动，不知为何一直站在他们一边，但在电话沟通了大约两个小时后，他们最终决定酌情退款。
毋庸置疑，但还是要避免。
价格便宜，但令人不愉快
消防控制板整晚都在尖叫，工作人员漫不经心，整个酒店都没有人值守。房间很大，床也很舒服，但墙上有碎屑掉落，油漆后留下的胶带也粘在所有地方。
