环境很干净整洁又高级, 服务员态度都很好,看到客人都会笑笑打招呼,整体给人感觉很好,而且距离景点也很近,打车就可以到了。
酒店比较新,服务也属于比较好的。环境比较安静。唯一不好的就是为了控制成本,客房的纸巾少得可怜只有2张,每日打扫房间,交给多一点纸巾,也是给多那么两张。还有一个就是,沐浴露没有了,工作人员不会补充沐浴露。一个五星级酒店,做的东西给人感觉就是吝啬,扣扣搜搜的。餐厅的早餐,比较好,该有的都有,味道也还不错。
很差,不会再住。
周五早上6点到金边,所以周四打电话再三问了能不能6点入住,告诉我可以。结果早上六点办理入住前台男士要收我108美金,一天房费也就165美金。好,能理解提早入住收我钱,但为什么不在周四电话里告知我?人到店里了才说要收费?同样问题,我男朋友感冒问有没有感冒药,说没有但是可以带我们去买药,然后我们问是免费的吗,才告知我们另外收费的,所以你们所有收费项目都不会提前和主动告知顾客是吗?
想订河景房这边劝你们不用再额外花这笔钱,根本就被前面两栋楼挡住了。
早餐中规中矩,位子自己找,也没有问你要不要咖啡还是茶。
客房没有提供梳子化妆棉卫生袋,第一天用完的棉签第二天没有再添上。
客房第一天提供的水是两瓶,第二天才给4瓶。
唯一满意的是前台女士们的态度,电话里告诉我们不能延迟退房,到前台要求却可以帮忙延迟退房一个小时。
另外无边泳池风景也不错,泳池边上工作人员态度也好。
其他没有任何优点,所以,不会再入住!
回国前一晚在金边过渡一下,酒店在城市最高建筑里,楼下全是各种中餐,像回到了二十年前的广东。风景很好,能看到壮丽的日出日落和河流汇合。房间一般般,非常简单。
一般般吧…酒店去年开的,还算比较新,但是和一线品牌比起来总是差了不少,性价比一般,早餐还凑合,水果还行
金边能有这样的高端酒店也是很不错👍地理位置也很不错,周边都有不同的特色餐厅及酒吧,**,桑拿及旅游景区
卫生很不错,设施也很新。
但是服务不太到位。
我12点去续房了,结果下午1点多又有服务员来打电话退房。续房的时候说了7点来打扫,结果3点又来敲门,我说7点打扫,7点没来人又去预约了一次……
地理位置没得说,金边市中心中的中心,视野开阔,尽收眼底,顶尖国际化标准服务,柬埔寨边最佳,没有之一。
风景很美,食物也很棒。
这家酒店总体来说还不错。环境挺好的,但缺少一些便利设施,比如咖啡机(胶囊咖啡实在不怎么样)。早餐还行,但也就那样了。自助餐量很足,但品质稍微差一点点,不过也还过得去。
但员工真的太棒了,非常友善、乐于助人,服务周到。
